To All IBT Employees, Retired Employees, and Selected Vendors, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the IBT 2025 Dustin Cutright Memorial Golf Tournament.

The Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at 8:00am. This year’s tournament will be held at Eagles Landing Golf Course LINK located at 4200 Bong Ave, Belton, MO 64012.  The tournament will be a four-person scramble with a shotgun start. This will allow each player the opportunity to contribute to the team.  The cost of the tournament will be $78.00 per player which includes Green Fees, Cart Rental and Lunch.

Remember, all travel expenses are the responsibility of each individual.

SPECIAL NOTE TO VENDORS

Remember, instead of asking for gifts we are asking you to support Heart To Heart International by Sponsoring A Hole.  There are six levels of sponsorships available:

• Cluster Putt Sponsorship: $1000 – Prize + Signage
• Drink Cart Sponsorship: $1000 – Signage
• Beat The Boss Sponsorship: – $750 – Banner & Signage
• Par 3 Sponsorship:  $500 – Par 3 Double Signage
• Contest Sponsorship: $250 – Dustin Cutright & Long Drive Hole Signage
• Hole Sponsorship:  $100 – Signage

For many years IBT has wanted to change the format of the golf tournament so we could support an organization in need with monetary contributions instead of asking vendors for gifts. Again, IBT has chosen Heart To Heart, a humanitarian organization and 100% of all funds raised through vendor sponsorships will be donated to Heart To Heart. IBT will sponsor all prizes and trophies for First, Second, and Third place finishes.

Once signed up, send your golf entry fee (Payable To IBT) in the amount of $78.00 to the attention of IBT Marketing Department by August 8th, 2025.  Also, send all sponsorship fees (Payable to IBT) to the attention of IBT Marketing Department.
