Vendor Registration – 2025 IBT Summit
January 30th & 31st
Please fill out the form below to register for the 2025 IBT Summit at the Marriott – Overland Park.
After you have walked through the registration process and clicked “Done,” your registration will be complete. The form will then be displayed again. YOU MUST fill out a new form for each individual attending the event. Once you have no one else to register, you are free to exit the page.
This year, we are again utilizing Expo Pass to help this event run smoothly and efficiently.
Upon your completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Closer to the event, we will be reaching out with further instructions on how to download a scanning feature within the app. The feature will allow you to scan each visitor at your booth from your device, as well as take any notes. You will then be able to download and send that information to your email with the click of a button.

6:30 – 9:00am — Registration
6:00 – 9:00am — Vendor Trade Show Set Up (Vendors)
7:00 – 9:30am — Breakfast (Vendors, IBT Employees, & Employee Spouses) IBT Employees until 7:45am
8:00 – 9:00am — IBT Employee Meeting (IBT Employees Only)
8:45 – 9:00am — Supplier Meeting in Trade Show (Vendors)
9:00 – 2:00pm — Supplier Trade Show
12:00 – 1:30pm — Lunch (Vendors, IBT Employees, & Employee Spouses)
2:00 – 3:00pm — Tradeshow Teardown
