The Beauty is in the Details

The Beauty is in the Details

They are small things, really. Not one of them is the major part of any component that it is used in. But, they are essential to operations every time and every place they are used.

Their importance, however, can never be underestimated or taken for granted. As a result, for more than 90 years, the couplings, fittings, connectors, sensors and pieces parts from Hansen have been built from the finest materials available to the highest quality attainable.

Since 1999, Hansen Couplings and Coupleurs Gromelle have been offered by the Tuthill Coupling Group. They offer a comprehensive range of products that have been thoroughly researched, elegantly engineered, carefully designed, precision manufactured and then widely distributed through an increasingly strong network of worldwide distributorships.

Hansen Couplings are available in over 3,000 configurations. Hansen is an ISO 9001 Certified Company. Products introduced by Hansen have become the world standard. Hansen’s engineers develop new products and modify designs of existing products.

With a state-of-the-art 9001 prototype development lab, Hansen offers a unique environment for cycle testing, pressure testing and full model shop manufacturing. Then, they apply the strict disciplines of quality control. Building with the highest quality raw materials and components, products are precision machined and then meticulously assembled to rigid ISO 9001 standards.

Hose Fittings  All Brass Hose Fittings listed are machined from solid bar stock, to provide maximum strength and durability. Stainless Steel Hose Stems are machined from 303 bar stock.

Series Free Angle  The Series Free Angle offers a unique design provides free 360 degree rotation with up to a 45 degree angle of rotation in any direction. Two rotation joints are protected with polyurethane dust covers.

Series HK Couplings  These couplings are designed for general purpose hydraulic service. Some are suitable for use with various liquids, chemicals, steam, gases and vacuum. Series HK couplings conform to the dimensional requirements of ISO 7241-1 Series B. Body sizes range from 1/8″ to 2-1/2″.
