MERRIAM, Kan. — July 1 — IBT Industrial Solutions announced today that it has acquired Indesco, Inc., a Charlotte, North Carolina-based industrial distributor specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components.
Founded more than 40 years ago, Indesco has built a strong reputation for supporting industrial customers with technical product expertise, responsive service, and a broad portfolio of machinery components. The company supports both OEM and MRO customers across industrial equipment and supply applications, with product lines that include hydraulic valves, manifolds, cylinders, accumulators, pumps, motors, hoses, filtration products, pneumatic components, air cylinders, bearings, gearboxes, speed reducers, heat exchangers, and related industrial products.
Indesco serves customers throughout the Southeast from its Charlotte, North Carolina, facility. The company supports a range of industries and applications, including agriculture, food and beverage, material handling, textile equipment, woodworking machinery, production automation, industrial maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
