Belt Concepts of America manufactures premium quality, lightweight PVC conveyor belts out of our 150,000-square-foot factory in Spring Hope, NC. Belt Concepts is known for providing both standard and customized conveyor belting solutions to distributors and select OEMs for a wide variety of industries including food processing, package and baggage handling, recycling, and agriculture, among others.

Belt Concepts’ general-purpose belts are available in three unique constructions – multi-plied spun polyester, multi-plied monofilament, and single-plied interwoven. All Belt Concepts lightweight belts feature HPC™ technology, a homogenous plied construction process that provides excellent resistance to edge wear and better tracking for longer-lasting belts.

A variety of cover profiles are available that work well in various general-purpose applications.
